A little over a month ago you announced the new forum and seemed to pledge "committed to maintaining a much higher profile presence on the new forum and will be doing our best to have our factory personnel involved to answer questions, share helpful hints and generally keep up with what our boat owners are saying to us." So we're wondering if anybody @ PK is really looking at the posts - responses to questions are rare. Frequent visitor/members are underwhelmed by your effort so far.

Apologies from Polar Kraft! Been a busy spring so far and thankfully, we have just added more staff! We are pretty new at this and are doing our best to keep up with all the changes. Allow us the opportunity to correct the mistakes from the past and continue to learn from them as well.
I am now the sales coordinator for PK and that will allow me to have more time to chat on here. I look forward to the opportunity to be more involved going forward. Thanks for your patience!
